The King’s Speech – review

Could do without Timothy Spall’s Churchill. Can do with the Colin Firth-Geoffrey Rush axis, playing King and commoner respectively. Their performances lend their subjects dimensions, authentic or otherwise, which pep this strictly formulaic but nonetheless engaging mill through days of Royal-past.
